Day 1 : Zanzibar Airport  to Selous Game Reserve

06h00  Depart at your hotel in Nungwi heading to Zanzibar Airport for a flight  to selous Game Reserve for afternoon  game drive.

Arrive at lodge have hot lunch and start game drive to Game Reserve. Later in even drive back to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

The Selous Game Reserve is one of the largest faunal reserves of the world, located in the south of Tanzania. It was named after Englishman Sir Frederick Selous, a famous big game hunter and early conservationist, who died at Beho Beho in this territory in 1917 while fighting against the Germans during World War I.

Some of the typical animals of the savanna (for example African bush elephants, black rhinos, hippopotamus, Masai lions, East African wild dogs, cheetahs, Cape buffaloes, Masai giraffes, Plains zebras, and crocodiles) can be found in this park in larger numbers than in any 

Day 2 : Departure – Game Drive + Boat Safari  / Zanzibar

06h00 after breakfast depart for early morning game drive with option of doing boat safari after the game drive, this time you will have great chance to see wild dogs, lions, liopards, you will do game drive till late morning and you can join the last hour for  boat meeting point to board a boat safari along Rufiji river where you will have magnificent view of animals and other species which living in the river . Later you will take a flight back to Zanzibar, and get transferred to your hotel in Nungwi after you will land in Zanzibar airport.
